SW Labs - Tagger:

In this episode we discover the new updated SolidWorks Labs website as well as a application introduced on the site called Tagger. Topics covered:

- Updated SolidWorks Labs Site
- Silverlight 2 support and undo functionality brought to BluePrint Now
- Introduction
- How tagging is currently done in 2008 & 2009
- Interface
- Feature set
- New Workflow
- Impressions

I am starting to think this is SolidWorks Labs Heard! for all the coverage I have been giving this site over the past year or so but lately it is hard not to pay attention since the activity has completely gone through the roof! I think the redesign of the SolidWorks Labs site is going to direct much more feedback and get SolidWorks R&D what they are looking for.
Tagging is a great technology, in theory, but the key to the success of tagging is workflow and Tagger brings the tagging capability to life for SolidWorks! This is installed on my main machine and I look forward to reaping the benefits of tagging now that it is so easy! ~Lou
